INTENDED USE
Gonorrhea Antigen Rapid Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae antigen in female cervical swab and male urethral swab specimen. The test results are intended to aid in the diagnosis of Gonorrhea infection in people.

PRINCEPLE
Gonorrhea Antigen Rapid Test is a sandwich solid phase immunochromatographic assay.
TEST PROCEDURE
Allow the test, reagents, swab specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30°C) prior to testing.
1. Take out the test card
2. Extract the Gonorrhea antigen
3. Place the test cassette on a clean and level surface. Add 3 full drops of the extracted solution (approx. 100ul) to each specimen wells of the test cassette, then start the timer.
4.Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read the result at 10 minutes; do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
POSITIVE: Two colored bands appear. One band appears in the control region (C) and another band appears in the test region (T).
NEGATIVE: Only one colored band appears in the control region (C). No apparent colored band appears in the test region (T).
INVALID: Control band (C)fails to appear.
