INTENDED USE

PRINCIPLE
Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Antigen Rapid Test is a sandwich solid phase immunochromatographic assay.
TEST PROCEDURE
1. Preparation
- Bring all components to room temperature (15-30°C).
- Open the foil pouch and use the test cassette within 1 hour (immediate use recommended).
2. Sample Extraction
3. Testing
- Place cassette on a flat surface.
- Add 4 drops (~100μl) of extracted solution to each specimen well (avoid bubbles).
4. Results
- Read results at 10 minutes.
- Do not interpret after 20 minutes.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
POSITIVE: Two colored bands appear on the membrane. One band appears in the control region (C) and another band appears in the test region (T).
NEGATIVE: Only one colored band appears in the control region (C). No apparent colored band appears in the test region (T).
INVALID: Control band fails to appear.
